Ihad made my own 12 hour watchface because I found it hard to find a clean looking one. There are so few 12 hour ones out there, especially in English, and I think that's largely because its near impossible to find documentation on what you can and can't do with the watchfaces.

Thiswill have you lose you readings but it will allow you to pair it with zepp. Make sure you have the watch unpair completely. This means to forget the watch in the Bluetooth settings & in the zepp lite app remove the watch completely from the app. Well that's the problem, it's already unpaired.
